The Instinct brand connects with veterinarians through a playful, approachable tone, expressed through whimsical, hand-drawn illustrations that define its distinctive identity. This style reflects the uniqueness of its products—purpose‑built for veterinary clinics and shaped by practicing veterinarians at the center of innovation. The redesigned website extends that personality into a scalable, component-based system that enables efficient page creation and drives marketing‑qualified leads.

This variation emerged as the winner after multiple A/B tests exploring different ways to present the product—proving that pairing a clear value proposition with an embedded demo video drove the strongest engagement.

The demo page underwent A/B testing to find the best layout and form structure for generating MQLs. The winning version pairs a streamlined form with logos below and a testimonial to the right, alongside a large product visual with subtle illustrative accents to maintain focus on conversion.
